Once a donation is made, each sponsor receives a personalized thank-you letter acknowledging their support and introducing them to the student they are helping. We maintain ongoing communication through regular WhatsApp updates and direct check-ins, ensuring sponsors always feel connected and informed.

To further support transparency, sponsors receive half-annual progress reports as well as immediate updates about any significant news—such as awards, achievements, or milestones. We also create personalized information packs and Q&A documents tailored to each sponsor’s specific questions or interests, allowing them to fully understand and engage with the student’s journey.
